Reservations: Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Table fee includes chairs and table covers. All signs and covers brought in must be flameproof.

Electrical Note: Electrical outlets are limited. Please specify need. Exhibitor must supply own extension cord. Please note that there may be an additional electrical set- up charge from the hotel. We will try to avoid this, if possible.
Hotel Package The New York Hilton may charge fees for Room Fees: each item stored in the package room and for bringing stored items to the Exhibit Hall. Please check current fees directly with the hotel, (212) 586-7000. Any such fees will be payable to the New York Hilton.
Date: Sunday, November 7, 2004
Time: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Set-Up Time: 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Breakdown: 4:30 p.m.
Exhibitors are requested not to take down exhibits before 4:30 p.m. in order to accommodate participants attending the afternoon sessions.
Selling: Direct selling is allowed. Exhibit material must be sold at the exhibitor�s table.
Exhibitors are solely responsible for any applicable local, state, or federal taxes.

As a special service to publishers unable to exhibit, we will have a combined book, materials and catalogue display. Reading Reform Foundation�s charges will be as follows:
1-4 books���������..$15.00 per book
5-8 books���������..$12.00 per book
9 books or more�������$10.00 per book
(You may include single-page order blanks with books sent for combined book display.)
Up to 200 catalogues�����.$20.00
200 to 500 catalogues�����$30.00
All books will become the property of Reading Reform Foundation and will be included in the permanent research library.
